A done-for-you AI build for your two locations (Bend & Portland) — so the gym runs lighter, your team is supported, and you leave on your trip with the systems working, not waiting.
A brutal year — relocated the Portland location in under a month, replaced a manager, then defranchised. You're smart and want to learn AI, but the options feel like "half Greek," and you've got too much on your plate to wade through it alone.
"The people who better understand AI are going to be in a position to really skyrocket." — and you want to learn it, in a way that fits around everything else you're juggling.
You don't need to know the back end. I build the systems, show you how they work, you give feedback, we iterate — then I teach you the concepts so you (and your team) can improve and change things yourselves. The opposite of being handed 600 tools and left to it.
Capture your goals, your "Zenith", a short brand/voice doc — then rank with High-Impact / Minimal-Effort (and Eisenhower) so we build what matters most, first. It slots into how you already run on EOS — clear priorities, owned by the right people.
I build the priority systems (agents, integrations, dashboards), branded to Ritual Training. Some together (API connections), some I build solo and show you.
I teach you the concepts so you can extend it, then bring your team in to run it — including while you're away.
Rich Schefren's Force Multiplier is an excellent programme — I genuinely rate it. The real question isn't which is "better," it's which fits where you are right now: stretched thin, and flying out on July 22.
Same investment — very different demand on your time, and a very different state of play by the time you fly. Do you want to spend your last few weeks before the trip learning to build it, or have it built and running for you — so you can focus on the gym and actually enjoy the trip?
I run agentic, dynamic workflows across up to 3 machines at once — so a single hour of my time can spawn 10–15 hours of compute building, researching and processing on your behalf, in parallel. You're not buying my hours; you're buying the output of an orchestrated system.
You're already paying for Xplor Growth — a powerful marketing engine (SMS, automations, gamification, the Xplor Academy) that most owners never fully switch on. First win: I get XG properly set up and integrated with Mariana Tek so it actually earns its keep — onboarding, payment recovery, win-backs, dashboards, all live. Then I add the brain it doesn't have: a bot, AI that programs, AI that creates — sitting on top of XG/MT and using its live data, never duplicating it. (No new subscription to buy — we make what you've got work harder, then extend it.)
No pricey new subscriptions. We build with Codex (already included in your ChatGPT), and the heavy lifting — your Knowledge Pipeline, bulk content and programming work — runs free on my own AI cluster (part of the leverage you're paying for), so it costs you nothing to process. The always-on systems run on a low-cost pay-as-you-go API key in your name — you only pay for the tokens actually used, typically just a few dollars a month at your scale. Image generation (ad creative, plans) runs on your own key too — a quick Replicate / fal.ai / kie.ai sign-up — so you own the usage and the cost stays tiny and transparent. Your ongoing AI running cost stays minimal.
This is the part that matters most, and where I differ from most: I build it to live with you, not with me. You're not renting access to my systems — you own the lot, and it's fully portable whether or not we keep working together.
Optional ongoing care (only if you want it): a light retainer to keep everything running, updated and improving after launch — I can also host and manage parts on my systems where it's simpler. Entirely your call; the default is you own and hold it all.
Picture it — late July, your systems are live, and you're about to fly out. What would we need to have achieved (in the business, and in how you feel about it) for you to look back and call this the best money you've spent?
Drag these into your order (most important on top), tick the ones that matter, add anything I've missed — then hit "Send to Paul" and I'll build around what you want first.
Your order saves automatically. Drag the ⠿ handle (or use ▲▼) to reorder.
All packages are a fixed project price (not hourly), built intensively before your July 22 departure, with evening UK sessions (~7pm BST / 11am PST) that suit the time difference. For context, a full-time hire with this skill set runs $90–120k a year — these are one-off builds that keep working after you've left.
Your annual membership is $2,500. So just 2 new annual members cover Bronze — and 4 cover Gold — across Bend & Portland. And the marketing, review & referral systems we build are designed to bring exactly those members in, and keep them.
Exclusive software deals (our partner network) — hand-picked for a gym like yours. These are deals on the tools themselves (nothing tied to GHL); you just apply & save:
Combined value: $13,000+ in credits & savings — we'll activate the ones that fit your stack.
Core-systems-live guarantee: the core systems you prioritise will be live before you fly on Jul 22 — and if any one of them isn't, I keep working at no extra cost until it is. You're buying an outcome, not my hours.
One intensive month to get core systems live before July 22 — then optional team handoff while you travel.
How we'll meet: the first session is the longest — getting your API access set up and everything on track. After that we work in focused sessions and only meet when it genuinely moves things forward — never for the sake of it. (For reference, Rich's Force Multiplier ran ~2 hrs/day for 10 days; this is lighter-touch and built around your schedule.)
No need to pay it all up front. We'll structure it around your timeline (and your trip).
On our Saturday call (11am PST / 7pm BST), pick your top priorities and package — and we can start as early as Monday, June 22. Plenty of runway before July 22.
Everything I picked up so far. Fix anything wrong, fill the gaps — it becomes the foundation we build on. (It's also a live taste of how the systems capture & organise info — see the bottom.)
Saves as you type.
When someone enquires about joining, the system captures their goal and instantly builds a personalised plan page — just for them. Try it:
In the real system every enquiry is captured (none lost), personalised from your programming + Mariana Tek data, and the prospect gets their own page — a powerful way to turn enquiries into trials. Go deeper: record a quick intro interview or first session (e.g. on a Plaud), and the system turns it into a tailored plan outline from what was actually discussed.
The single most valuable thing you can give me. Every ad, email and post the systems write will sound like Ritual — warm, straight-talking, yours — instead of generic AI. It takes two minutes: your own ChatGPT already knows how you write, so we just ask it.
Based on everything you know about me from all of our conversations, write a detailed report on my personal writing style and voice. Cover: • Tone and personality — how I come across • Signature words, phrases and expressions I use a lot • Sentence rhythm and length — short and punchy, or longer and warm? • How I tend to open and close messages • The emotions I lead with and how I make people feel • Anything I would never say (words, claims or styles that aren't me) Give specific examples pulled from how I actually write. Be detailed and honest.
2. Open ChatGPT (the account you use most — it learns from your history) and paste the prompt in.
3. Copy the whole report it writes back.
4. Send it to me on WhatsApp — plus, if you have them, 3–5 emails or posts you're genuinely proud of. That's all I need to lock in your voice.
Tip: the more you've used that ChatGPT account, the sharper the report. If it feels thin, run it again and add: "use specific examples from things I've written."
